Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you receive an item that meets these criteria, please follow the steps below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to make it right!

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days – Please email us at clasibolddesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details & Photos – Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect customization.
3. Approval & Next Steps – Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For replacements, we will process your new item as soon as possible and provide tracking details once shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are custom-made to order, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
✔ Custom apparel with names, logos, or personalized designs
✔ Mugs, keychains, or accessories with custom text or images
✔ Sale or clearance items
✔ Digital or downloadable products

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Since our products are made to order, cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins, and we are unable to make changes.
